Our executive team put's Maven's first. Wellness is the first agenda topic on our company wide calls, which are held weekly. The team members are visionary, business builders that take pride in helping clients succeed and building a culture where everyone feels that they belong. Best in class!

Our leadership is phenomenal and leads with empathy! On a weekly basis, our leadership team provides updates to the business and the roadmap ahead. As a Maven, I am included and know where we are as a business, how we are doing in the market, and how my role makes an impact/difference.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generous PTO and great variety in healthcare options.

I am fairly paid and have the ability to improve my total compensation by the efforts I put forward. Mavenlink pays at or above market and is consistently looking for ways to provide unique benefits that reward employees across the globe. We just implemented a generous paid parental leave.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a voice and can express their thoughts. Leadership is transparent and caring.

Public recognition is a key element of our culture. At my first company wide meeting, I counted 48 times an employee was called out by name to be recognized for a deliverable or behavior that inspired success. It was so unique I started tallying the number of names. We say thank you, publicly.

Enjoyed meeting my team and those I would be working with.

The recruiters are human. The first 10 minutes (consistently) is about how you are doing as a person, not as a worker. I mentioned a challenge and the recruiter called me back a few days later to check in on me and my son. She has called me weekly since I started. The level of care is impressive
