What do you like best about the leadership team?
Regular updates on all important topics. Outstanding support during lockdown, the COVID task force did and is doing a stellar job. They have created a culture of comradery, support and trust and are leading by example.

I wish the 401k with a match was present from the company. Salary is competitive with market.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was quick, transparent and the recruiting personal was always approachable and communicative. The interviewers took the time to read my cv and ask questions accordingly. The interviews felt like a good conversation rather than just an interrogatory
