Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Options promised never materialized, bonuses mysteriously shrink from 10% to 2% with no communication, 401K has been inaccessible for a year, and substantial raises only happen as counteroffers if you threaten to leave

Engineers are granted equity options upon hiring, but it is rare to see additional grants. If leadership wants us to be business builders they shouldn't be shy in sharing the business that employees are building. Options should be re-upped annually.

Provide agendas beforehand and stick to them, focus on discussion in meetings and not presentation, cancel or make the weekly company call optional it’s is currently completely invaluab

The interview mimicked what day to day work is like.

Candidates have two separate pairing sessions with engineers and work on problems similar to what we deal with at work. It is the closest interview I've seen to actually mimicking working conditions.
