I believe that the roll that I play within the company is key. And I know for a fact that I make less than most BDR`s in the company, and I would love to be leveled in my compensation, although that does not mean that I under perform I always give my best no matter what!!!

The most positive aspect of the company is the people, when I first started working for the company almost 3 years ago it felt like a totally different company, people were nice you could talk to them, and for me that was the best part of it all, and it still is to this day. I really enjoy the work.
