Debo aclarar que solo puedo comentar sobre mi Jefe inmediato, no hay actividades o contacto con Ops Managers u otro lideres. Lo que me gusta de mi jefe inmediato es lo inclusivo que es, me gusta que siempre quiera formar parte del trabajo individual y hacerse dispobile pora cualquier tema personal.

Creo que hay muy pocos managers para la cantidad de colaboradores que tienen a su cargo. No tienen tiempo de contestar mensajes, pero se molestan si los trabajadores no responden inmediatamente. Les falta ser empaticos y comprensivos, su comunicacion no es asertiva. Hay oportunidad de mejora.
