Deberian de tener empatia, actuar como equipo y no abusar de poder para intimidarlo a uno, amenazar con despedir y sobre todo aprender el trabajo que uno maneja, como pueden ser lideres si ni siquiera saben que es lo que uno hace.

Better facilities and better pay!there are people like me who want to stay for long but with how low and stagnant our pay is, no one can possibly stay long here! I can say i know 10 pax planning on leaving just cuz of d pay and how cheap lean is. Worst coffee and even the sugar and tissue is counted

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the Economy is making me feel Undervalued since everyday in my country things are getting so much expensive than usual. I would like to request for a Raise as a compensation to me and my Family that I take care of, please and thank you Team.

Pay is stagnant and no growth. It cant feed a family with how fast inflation is. Even disputing our pay takes soooo long. I wont resign because of my work. The account is great but Lean is definitely not.

If i actually get the maximum offer of 30k Bc during the 4 interview I continuously say that my expected and their budget is within that amount and i didn't even apply to any other company because for me lean solutions is a great choice already Its just that during the final interview it did change

1. There is no Non-taxable allowance only basic Salary and no increase. 2. No free dependents for HMO which is a big factor for the employees to stay.

My colleages. And the facilities. We keep a tight group cuz we dont feel any support from lean so we have no choice but to get the support from each other. Facilities are all nice but its sad that they have to say no when giving simple things like sugar or tissue cuz they say consumption is counted

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It would be better if they were to adjust based on the Filipino culture because they are in the Philippines but most of us feel that we Filipino is the one that needs to adjust in our own country. That is what they make us feel. We respect their culture, but I don't feel the same from them.

Ive already said it before. U know what, other companies invest in employees satisfaction yet Lean doesnt. Simple as coffee, they buy the worst and cheapest so no one really drinks that. Nowhere to rest and even no signal inside? Wigi is limited to just connecting our vpns. We also have a life u knw
