There are plenty of people nice to work with. Sometimes though, there are decisions of the higher Ops we cant understand or doesnt make sense. However, I can still say its nice to work at Lean. Issues can happen in all companies so its not something im not used to.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Right now, i feel humiliated refering here. I dont feel secured and i always feel as if lean doesnt care about us. Even all the HRs have resigned cuz no one here feels comfortable and satisfied. Ourmainconcern? Pay, addtl leave, office ammenities. Thats so simple that its a shock lean doesnt have it

Assertive in some grounds and has communication

Pretty diverse and there are some fun people

The Client is really nice.

Great to be with and willingness to understand others perspective
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No incentives, minimal benefits, unclear regulations, hard to travel for people that doesnt have their own cars, low salary.

We make sure we do our job greatly and we make sure the client is satisfied with our performance. I hope theres any incentive
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is stagnant and no growth. It cant feed a family with how fast inflation is. Even disputing our pay takes soooo long. I wont resign because of my work. The account is great but Lean is definitely not.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Ive already said it before. U know what, other companies invest in employees satisfaction yet Lean doesnt. Simple as coffee, they buy the worst and cheapest so no one really drinks that. Nowhere to rest and even no signal inside? Wigi is limited to just connecting our vpns. We also have a life u knw
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My colleages. And the facilities. We keep a tight group cuz we dont feel any support from lean so we have no choice but to get the support from each other. Facilities are all nice but its sad that they have to say no when giving simple things like sugar or tissue cuz they say consumption is counted
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better facilities and better pay!there are people like me who want to stay for long but with how low and stagnant our pay is, no one can possibly stay long here! I can say i know 10 pax planning on leaving just cuz of d pay and how cheap lean is. Worst coffee and even the sugar and tissue is counted
