More human, change managers behaviors, they need to talk from the example, be patient, attend our requests, without excuses or ridiculous escalations, the business is for grow, not to feel like u are on call center.

As I said before, management, you really need to make sure not only they are doing their Reporting work, but please pay attention, they are loosing the human part, and start putting so much rules, for a simple thing
