Communication!!!!!!!!!!!!! Honesty! Objectivity! Sincerity! Really understanding their employees, not just throwing them in an environment with very little training and expected to perform and run the kitchen like an experienced worker.

Most of my coworkers are sweethearts! But there are the few rotten apples I don't get along with, but management ignores it/ices over them because they're desperate for workers, so they let a lot of people get by with stuff they shouldn't.
