Being more active in helping all servers by running food and also help with on the floor more with pre bussing and not writing people up for pocketing a guest order when we are under staffed and running for 6+ tables at a time, that's not standard so we should not be written up for work performance

communication!!!! i had scheduling issues (that they agreed to when they hired me, its been 3 months and the time and days arent right still) and i talked to all 4 managers who didnt do a single thing.
