They show up from time to time

There is Culture and growth

Other than the GM, the other managers are polite, positive, helpful, understanding and professional

Everything, they help me so much

They are flexible. They understand the challenges we face on each shift, but while they are firm on standards they are also realistic and understanding about the realities of dealing with the public in this era. Ultimately, they take care of the team members that take care of our guests.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They lack the skill to be leaders instead of bosses, telling others what to do instead of helping when it's needed

The job was extremely sexist and was a very hostile environment for young men.

Communication and guidance they are supposed to be leaders but hardly lead just wait till stuff hits the fan then want to jump in and start yelling at everyone when they are the ones who put their team in the situation in the first place

Better and more fair management

Communication. Observation of what is actually happening. Less assumption in the negative!

Training their managers to handle employees better

Being more active in helping all servers by running food and also help with on the floor more with pre bussing and not writing people up for pocketing a guest order when we are under staffed and running for 6+ tables at a time, that's not standard so we should not be written up for work performance

Sensitivity with working with people with mental health

being a team overall. communication, postivity, smiling. everytime someone would walk in it made me so sad to see everyone in our restaurant looks like they hate their job

Communication!!!!!!!!!!!!! Honesty! Objectivity! Sincerity! Really understanding their employees, not just throwing them in an environment with very little training and expected to perform and run the kitchen like an experienced worker.

communication!!!! i had scheduling issues (that they agreed to when they hired me, its been 3 months and the time and days arent right still) and i talked to all 4 managers who didnt do a single thing.
