All of my managers are kind, caring, and supportive. We regularly get praise and treated well, and respectfully.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Payed sick leave i dont get scheduled enough to recive the benefits, unfortunately due to over staffing.

Tips are great but you can't get benefits unless you are full time and they make it a point to keep you under full time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have witnessed favoritism and experienced lack there of by some managers. I have inquired about sick pay from 5 months ago and still haven't received it, yet seen other select employees receive their sick pay

Personally the team at my location is lacking. There is little to no team work, everyone only worries about themself/their own work and it can make the job very frustrating on a busy night when you pull others weight too. They are all friendly at least.

Everyone works hard to make sure the customers are happy, and to get the customers served in a timely manner. Tables are bussed to get customers seated quickly. Food is prepared and served quickly.

The people who work hard suffer because of the people that come to work to earn a paycheck and leave. It should not be allowed. Pull your weight or find another job. Being consistently late, calling out and leaving work without your job being finished is being swept under the rug.

i have been insulted and accused of lying over the smallest things as well as large accusations. i was accused of having aids and threatened with termination, as well as being told i would be the reason everyone would loose their jobs.
