absolutely terrible, got harrssed multiple times. management (besides a few) had nothing better to do than talk about other employees with fellow employees in the open.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the guest as the most positive thing! was the only thing i looked forward too!
What makes you most happy at work?
making conversation with the people coming in! and as well as large parties absolutely love them!
What did you like most about the interview process?
was a very calm intreview. we talked about other things as well as the interview part!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
focusing on working together rather than seeing who made the most money and rubbing it in to others faces.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
being a team overall. communication, postivity, smiling. everytime someone would walk in it made me so sad to see everyone in our restaurant looks like they hate their job
