What do you like best about the leadership team?

They all vary and are all diff with the way they run there shifts but for the most part the thing I like most is when I'm in the zone and I'm working and doing my thing they for the most part let me be and let me do what I have to do and not interfere with the process.

I dont get benefits which I think is ridiculous. Every employee regardless if you're full or part time should still be entitled to health benefits.

Employees are paid the minimum wage, lied to by management and taken advantage of if you do your job well. the company needs to reevaluate it managers and keep a better eye on things.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The policy is not followed until district management is brought in usually by someone other than store managers. This causes conflict when people break all the rules and a blind eye is turned.

Manager gets me in trouble for doing what another manager asked and reassigns me, then I'd get in trouble for that. Rinse and repeat.
