I don't have any complaints. It's pretty average for a restaurant

I actually enjoy coming to work. This isn't my lifelong ambition or anything, but it pays the bills
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are always there for me with whatever I might need or if I need to voice a concern.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I hate going to meetings to be honest with you. In this industry, it seems like we just go through the motions to get through the shift. It is helpful when we have new additions to the menu or a particular special coming out
