What are some of the best things about your team?
Good at what they do, generally friendly to me and to customers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Coordination. Always getting in trouble for what different managers told me to do for the time being.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Manager gets me in trouble for doing what another manager asked and reassigns me, then I'd get in trouble for that. Rinse and repeat.
