We do little running contests during shifts to try to boost sales at-the-table.

Our leadership needs to be held more accountable for their mistakes and flaws. They’re mostly a lot
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working is a restaurant is terribly taxing on the body and mind. Poor leadership just accelerated and accentuates these downfalls.
