absolutely terrible, got harrssed multiple times. management (besides a few) had nothing better to do than talk about other employees with fellow employees in the open.

I love my job. Restaurant jobs are not the easiest, but they can be rewarding. I have moved up multiple times in my job, and went from being a host, to to-go server, server, and now I even hold a mini manager position. All within just over a year. I love my job, my team, and the benefits.

my mental health deteriorated, i was constantly under verbal abuse and physical stress. the longer i worked there the more anxious and sick i felt as my shifts approached. i would go home crying on a nightly basis and felt as though I had no life outside of the workplace

Tips are great but you can't get benefits unless you are full time and they make it a point to keep you under full time.

Personally the team at my location is lacking. There is little to no team work, everyone only worries about themself/their own work and it can make the job very frustrating on a busy night when you pull others weight too. They are all friendly at least.

The people who work hard suffer because of the people that come to work to earn a paycheck and leave. It should not be allowed. Pull your weight or find another job. Being consistently late, calling out and leaving work without your job being finished is being swept under the rug.
