I believe the CEO and COO are leading the company in the right direction and their ideas have the potential to make us hugely successful. Unfortunately, there have been some executive changes within the quality department over the last couple of years that have made it a very unpleasant environment.

Overall, it has been positive but there are definitely areas that need improvement.

The CEO and COO are very forward thinking and work to ensure a positive culture at mannkind.

We get the work done but we have fun doing it. And we all treat eachother with kindness and respect.

We look out for each other, no one is trying to get ahead on someone else's back. We can have fun and still be productive.

The employees really look out for each other and everyone is inspired to work hard to improve the lives of patients with diabetes and orphan lung diseases.

They are down to earth and they do a lot to show us that we are important and appreciated. I love that most of them are not stuffy suit and ties.

They are very forward thinking; they don't have the attitude of "this is how we always did it". They are willing to look at things critically and make changes when necessary.

We both know what our place on the team is, we know our strengths and weakness and are able to fill in the gaps where the other is lacking. We trust each other implicitly and know that we are both giving our all.

The VP of Quality and QC director do not treat the employees fairly or respectfully. We are not trusted or empowered to share ideas. Raises provided by the company do know keep up with increased cost of living. Promotions are not truly based on merit.
