We have a lot of company events for the employees. They really put a lot of effort into celebrating everything from birthdays to every culture event.

There needs to be greater support from the executive team of culture events/the culture team as a whole. This means a dedicated budget for the Danbury team. Events are difficult to plan if there is not a dedicated budget especially since WVL has one and is able to do more.

I think that people sometimes do not know what an appropriate work conversation is. I have heard distasteful comments, political squabbles, and significant negative talk about other people and or departments. Intelligence is commonly insulted, and I do not find that productive.
