I'm really pleased with my compensation package. What I love most is the annual bonus. I'm also happy with our 401(k) plan and the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP). Additionally, perks like a LinkedIn Learning license add extra value.

Our employee rewards program, Manny Monies, adds to the motivation. We also have coffee chats with leadership twice a month, fostering open communication. Every office is filled with games and fun activities. Additionally, we offer Bites of Brilliance Lunch and Learns once a month
