Seeing the impact my projects have. Checking metrics and seeing the $ go up. Helping co-workers succeed, mentoring them to check for the impact they are making.
There is a lot of freedom to test and try things out. Fail fast and learn from that failure is really lived here. It makes it a really exciting place to work.
They genuinely seem to care - I just wish they would lead more by example. When we are offered our birthdays off because it gets acknowledged that people are exhausted, but we see our leaders work through their birthdays - we're not gonna do it. Same with work/life balance etc
Not much - I just came out of interviewing through the internal mobility process and it was a nightmare. When I first started I think I had seven interviews - that's a lot but made me feel like I was really getting to know the team and the company before joining
