What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to listen to the people they hire. They hire people as experts and then take all the decision making power from them. They are constantly fighting fires with no real strategy. People are burnt out and if you try to speak up, you will be out the door.

The compensation and benefits are very good. Salary in particular is high for tech and the benefits are great.

Smart and talented individuals who were dedicated to the company. Unfortunately, most of those were let go by a new SVP who let go of these loyal employees to bring in her own people.

Don't do 8 interviews with someone. It's unfair on there time and you should know in 4 maximum if the person is right or not.
