Not sure how the company won all the recent awards based on company feedback as they do not even have a company wide survey. Whilst I was there, they couldn't of cared less what the employees thought. I was never asked to give any feedback. The culture is actually horrendous.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is nothing positive about the culture.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop competing with each other and act like a team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation and benefits are very good. Salary in particular is high for tech and the benefits are great.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Don't do 8 interviews with someone. It's unfair on there time and you should know in 4 maximum if the person is right or not.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to listen to the people they hire. They hire people as experts and then take all the decision making power from them. They are constantly fighting fires with no real strategy. People are burnt out and if you try to speak up, you will be out the door.
