What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall the compensation package is great the the Flexbenefits quarterly bonus is a great treat! It would be great to have broader benefits more aligned to the US across other regions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not market competitive and does not take into consideration the time commitment needed for the role given the nature of the business.
