Doing tasks that may be considered mind-numbing. For example, I love organizing the medications in my pharmacy and I love returning prescriptions that patients didn't pick up to our stock.
Dental insurance is the best part. I love the dentist I am currently at and it is a huge upgrade from the dentist I was at previously to working at Publix.
I like that in my current position as a pharmacy technician that my manager is always next to me and always communicating. This doesn't necessarily mean, though, that ways to improve is communicated clearly.
I like that in my current position that my team members are extremely close to each other. Of course, there are people that have their differences, but we can all work together fairly well.
I liked that I was asked relevant questions when I was hired. I wasn't asked dumb questions like, "What's your favorite animal?" I was asked, "What are your goals at this company?" and "What would you do if this situation happened while you were working?"
We have a very clean and efficient workplace environment. Culturally, I think it could be better. I don't enjoy being in a work environment that is fake to the customer. For example, my coworkers will rag on customers while customers complain about me because I'm "not as nice as the others."
