Giving more money back to the associates, the reason we have customers is because of us. So pay us more and return our bonuses. And stop telling managers when the big wigs are coming to the stores so they can actually solve real problems.

Many of us are about to quit. All our competitors start at 15$+, and most people only see a 25 cent raise when they are doing role model work. But newly hired starts 4$ more than the person going above and beyond.
