What does the leadership team need to get better at?
With my 10 years working for Publix I have seen greed, favoritism, and unfit people being promoted to manager. This has made the job miserable and I would never recommend anyone to work for this company. The values they insist they have and practice have gone out the window.

The store manager doesnt judge anyone therefor we have incompetent people being hired and then that affects the store. Publix is also known for never firing anyone, which is a huge problem
