But a couple people working there are better than the managers more knowledgeable more pride , working at Publix

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I worked at store 1023, I've never seen such promotion for communist and socialist agenda and if you don't hear to them, they fire you. the customer service and the food they take no pride in. To work there, would be a discredit to one's character
