Like any company transitioning from a start up to a more corporate environment (moving above 10k employees so SOP area needed) there are bumps along the way, but the people I work with are passionate about what they are doing, which makes it easy to come to work.

CrowdStrike: It has been a great ride so far. The culture and flexibility have a lot to offer and the compensation is good. While not every company is right for everyone if you can find your place here it can be a pretty phenomenal experience. Lots of opportunities and very interesting work.

I actually googled this HGVC site to identify an executive to contact in regards to catastrophic customer service after sales meeting in N.Y. 57:th. St. in 2018 and still NOT properly taken care of by neither N.Y. sales-team OR HGV Orlando. Despite promises!
CrowdStrike: I LOVE CrowdStrike! I have a strong sense of belonging. My only critique is there's too many political talk at work, wish there was more separation bc while I agree with the majority of what others are saying, everyone might not think like us and that's not very inclusive.

It makes me excited to see this company grow. It also really resonated with me how Hubspot works to make their customers and employees Promotors!

Paycom: I have been here over 7 years and have been able to grow into multiple roles. The skills I have obtained are a blessing.
Paycom: Change is constant. Your leader changes often which means the expectations of you changes often. I've recommended friends to come to Paycom and every one of them has had at least two managers within their first year. You can make good money if you stay long enough, but burnout is real and happens.

Paycom: After working within two different dept here at Paycom I truly believe the experience is dependent on leadership and the department. We do a lot of great things, but I also think we need to take a step back and assess what is important to employees and where our products for long term success.
Paycom: My experience at Paycom has been positive overall but that is quickly being overshadowed by the lack of flexible work schedules and the inability to work from home. This is something our competitors are doing better than we are and we don't seem to be making any strides in that area.
First Advantage: I wake up every morning eager to learn more as I have been with the company less than a year. It is challenging and sometimes a wee bit frustrating as I navigate through the problem resolutions and possible solutions for our clients who are relying on us to solve their most challenging issues.
Intuit: micromanagement is soul-killing and it telegraphs a total lack of trust in the employees and it is throughout the company and it is getting worse
