There is "mob rule" in the public chat. If you don't are you are shouted down. I wish this would change because I love everything else about my job

But they just say that was in the past and we will have a meeting that never comes. All the while other employees are suffering due to another person's actions

RingCentral: at first, it was fine. during the pandemic was fantastic. now, we are going hybrid, I just hope that they really care about their people. giving the hybrid policy is kind of off. If the RC goal is to "WORK ANYWHERE" then why the company itself cannot do it? That's all. Thank you guys!
