at this moment im on the verge of going to a different company that offers work from homr arrangement. one day a week of rto i think is enough, with ringcentral wfh is very feasible but i dont know why they wont fight for it for the sake of the employees who dont have any issue in working from home.

right now im not really sure bcoz of not feeling anything if they are doing something about retaining wfh. ive seen a lot of colleagues going to a different company because of working from home and now i dont feel that we matter anymore as they are just letting those performer go to a different comp
