I enjoy my direct leadership team. They are involved, and want to develop me as a person and professional.

My team works together very well, and we each understand how our work affects each other. We also enjoy collaborating outside of work, and care for one another.

While there are many great initiatives this company has for the future, it is also concerning at the pace we are trying to complete them without being realistic of where we stand. The company is more concerned with quick fixes to generate revenue rather than long term scalability of our products.
Warum fühlen Sie sich unterbewertet und was würde Sie bei Ihrer Vergütung besser fühlen lassen?
I don't believe that employee's voices are being heard on what they need and want. With the new increase of prices in the economy I feel that my pay needs to reflect this, or to be provided with flexibility on coming into the office so that I can save money on transportation, and other costs.
