Victra: We need to slow down hiring. And focus on higher quality reps. Many new GMs are having problems with reps who are hired by DMs just trying to keep headcount up. And I dont think my voice is heard when it comes to bringing up issues that are arising. Trainers know our dilema, DMs overlook them.

iRobot: Customer service is non existent. I have been transferred to upper level agents who ask for the same photos already sent. There is a huge delay in response from them, and when they respond they are unable to help. The quality of their projects is unexpectedly low and the support offered is lower
