Sunbelt Rentals: suspicious and unexpected costs - they over charge a great deal then adjust like theyre doing YOU a favor and even after adjustments are made the theyre still 20-30% over priced in comparison to their competition, then end up NOT making the adjustments any way - not keep a promises,100% frustrating
First Merchants: I do not feel supported by my managers professionally. Compensation is fine, but the medical insurance needs work, I pay out of pocket for everything since insurance does not cover it which is extremely frustrating.

RX: The company on the most part has been good to me, I wish I had been given more opportunities in the past. But I currently love our team and how we all work well together. My one area that I'm apprehensive about is switching our registration platform on our bis shows to Mercury.

Smith: Overall, I it has been a good experience. Smith has experienced rapid growth and has shared some of it with its employees in a way that has been remarkably generous. Time will tell if this same generosity grows or dwindles as the company grows and changes. The temptation of profit is ever present.
Sabre Corporation: Generally my experience has been wonderful. Of course the experience has gotten worse since Covid, but that is understandable. I do feel like our company is on the track to get back to where we were before that time.
Sabre Corporation: Management changes frequently and sees a vision for the future without considering technical debt or customer contract debt (data rights not defined). Executive leadership doesn't consider reality, so vision statements feel out of touch with the possible.

Sabre Corporation: Sabre is a great company. However some things must improve: Promotions are not given to the best workmates, they are given based on friendships, which is not good at all. RTO mandate is senseless given that we can work more comfortably from home and achieve same results due to less distractions.

The company sends the direct message that what you do does not matter unless you are in a sales role and that you need to constantly change roles for progression.
