Fast paced training and hands on experience lead to the best development as a employee. The overall experience is great for me but I can see other people suffering because their department is not as well supported as mine. In contrast I believe mine is over supported and has too many employees.

This company is a great buisness but a poor place to be a human especially in this everchanging economy. The nickel and diming on salaries for people that bring in hundreds of thousand is ill fated
