Crusoe: Crusoe has a promising mission and financial backing. Crusoe has incredibly poor leadership, does not live by their stated company values, and blames subodinates for failures of leadership. Turnover is high here and top talent doesn't stay because it's as a whole a poor place to work.

SpotOn: Job is not as advertised. They do not pay a livable wage, the management and HR are incompetent and condescending, and they do not care about the employees as individuals. They expect you to do the most but do not compensate appropriately or show any kind of appreciation. Extremely toxic environment

GEICO: When I first started it was great. I enjoyed going to work. For the most part, everyone seemed happy. After the new CEO came in and COVID ended everything changed. Business expectations became unrealistic and communication stopped to employees.
Fitbit: Customer support and quality of products
Conduent: As a C08 employee with a 41 year tenure, I am embarrassed at what is happening to a small segment of the business in Transportation that I am a part of. It is unbelievable that our business segment has gone from a market leader to an "also ran". It is shameful.
Startek: I have felt very supported by the company, especially during troubling times, such as Covid, very grateful for the job security, it really helps with peace of mind. Startek has been able to provide feedback and all stages of my career, helping my growth as a professional.
Alkami Technology: I would say that the road has been a bit rocky but with the leadership changes our department has gone through I feel very hopeful that we're getting the help in the right places. I have seen progress and am looking forward to the future where we can all work more efficiently to achieve our goals.

Conduent: Overall, really good. However, since we support to a very changing program with their processes and requirements, and with different schedules, it becomes challenging to keep a work/life balance and dedicate our efforts to fully focus on some projects but everything happening at the same time.
Ulta Beauty: I went into Ulta for wrinkle control and was provided excellent service by Remmi Knoll. She knew several different bramds and products and helped me pick what worked for me and my budget. Thank you Remmi!
Change.org: Every time I go to the dentist or doctor they're like "wow you're so lucky your insurance is amazing"

Alkami gave me several professional opportunities to grow, mentorship to help me grow into new roles, vacation and good compensation to enjoy life. Our transition to a technology first company is proving to be the right decision. Doesn't get better than this.
