TP: It is my first time working in BPO company and I say that is been a great experience having this kind of work

Hanger, Inc.: The process didn't take long and was pretty normal, until the last interview where there were twice as many people present as I was expecting, and the extra people were from another office and there to try to convince me to commute several times a week, which had never been brought up before.
TP: For me, I would say the teamwork that we exert without judging each other is the most positive environment of our team.

Sedgwick: Sedgwick is horrible! They never process claims in a timely manner. Their customer service reps are terrible & their supervisors do not return calls or follow up. They do not process payments timely. Just a terrible company all around!!!!

The stress level for quality does not meet the wages and my pay doesnt meet my quality and dedication to this company.

Swing Education: Working at the schools is good, but not every school explains their policies and most allow the kids to complain about anything regarding you. IT's stressful and makes you walk on eggshells when the schools don't even explain what happened or what was done wrong. The schools complain for anything.
