Hoshizaki America: Job satisfaction goes up and down depending on who your manager is. When there is turnover in management, you have to start over again building that relationship. And when you get someone who's not great, it makes your job security seem questionable.

Encora: The overall atmosphere in the company needs a shift towards authenticity. While the company promotes itself as a "happy place to work," the reality often contradicts this image. Promises made in public forums about improving the work environment should be followed through with tangible actions.

Hoshizaki America: It is a mixed bag. The pay is good, the base schedule is good. The company does invest in internal promotions. But I don't feel the higher level management is personally invested in the day to day success of the teams, or in fostering a productive and cooperative culture.

Enshored: It was just like any other normal BPO office. It just feels unfair that an employee can be upskilled to do online tasks (which means more work to do compared to other offline employees) without being given additional compensation.
