TaskUs: Just need to be listened to more and not feel guilty when we take time off. The team lead guilts the entire team when they have to call out resulting in people not wanting to show up more often.
Risepoint: I haven't seen a lot of areas for growth within our recent change but hope to see that in the future. i wish they would take our academic degrees into consideration for jobs but not make it the be all end all.

Smith's Food and Drug: Almost everthing now. The quality snd service we came to appreciate is no longer. The prices and food quality is so disappointing that we are planning to shop elsewhere after being a loyal 25+ year customer. The stores are not staffed and shelves empty.
