Overall positive, but senior management in the US feel a bit distant and like they don't understand what we do and why, and our struggles and the tools we need to improve.

Signify Health: Benefits could be much better. Healthcare items being dropped is huge for me. Sick leave policy meant when I required surgery I had to save my PTO days and sick days for it, making me have to work while I was sick to save those sick days. And meant I was planning to work over the holiday period.

Esri: On a scale of 1-10, 6.8. The teams I have worked on have been fantastic but I don't attribute that to ESRI but to the people on those teams. Corporate undervalues a lot of positions which is why you will typically hear that ESRI is below market pay, even when taking in to consideration benefits.
Dollar General: Customers are the reason I'm here. They say our manager is mean to them.
