FMB seems content to overwork and underpay us.

The Knot Worldwide: With the number of changes to the system, SLAs, and accounts and increasing responsibility, I do believe we are underpaid. The Bonus payout is fine but the base pay should be $65-70k. It's hard to survive on $50k if you have a bad month or two.

But leadership isnt inspiring and i question the honesty of their messaging, as they love to say the employee is their most important asset but rarely/never back this up with meaningful action. The financial future of the company terrifies me.
