Encora: I joined in Aug 2022, I got eligible for performance review in Jan 2024. Working for 18 months straight without any salary hike, and still at the end of it I received only 5% hike on my previous compensation. Project's doing great in sales and the annual growth, btw.

Startek: A few days left yet to complete my 6 months, as a my opinion, the company is both seller and employee centric. All are treated equally no matter a employee lies in which designation. Apart from these, several cultural events are also happening that help employees feel refreshing and energetic.
