Looking for opportunities outside of CounselLink due to poor leadership from both direct management and executive treatment of our product. We don't get enough investment to succeed, and whatever investment we get has strings attached that may not even be relevant to our end users.

Used to be really good, but attrition due to leadership changes created an influx of inferior talent. CounselLink especially has been hit really hard.

On our product, Commercial/Executives determine our work as opposed to our product team. They don't understand our product or customers, and we are force to complete work that doesn't provide value.

Leadership needs to trust the employees and product teams to drive what our customers need, instead of focusing on what they can sell. We get money taken from us every year and the employees feel like they don't matter because we're not Lexis+.

Salary is okay for the area (now that bonuses are included). The health benefits are a joke. This is a highly successful, large company. There should be much more attention paid to ensure that we are a leader in these areas so we retain quality employees.
