RingCentral: my experience with RC has been exciting, enriching and fulfilling. However, if we can cut of expensive and glamorous even like xmas party and share the expenses more with the employee budget (grocery) is much appreciated (just saying). But overall nothing to complain, nothign to ask more.
ADP: It has been a challenge with learning all the systems, getting access to them and figuring out procedures and who to turn to for help as well as who to send SRs to. It is a very fast learning pace and at times too high volume of work for PRS. But still rewarding.

As with much of the tech industry, diversity could be improved, particularly outside the HQ office, but I have seen gains in this during my time at Esri.
