Epiq: I've learned a great deal and been able to be a part of projects I never would have thought I'd be a part of. I learn from co-workers regularly. I have an idea of what it takes to run a billion dollar company.

Aimbridge Hospitality: I've been given the opportunity to grow quickly and entrusted with the responsibility to take on more each time I've mastered a role.
Crusoe: It's way too easy to outperform relative to the rest of the company, but nearly impossible to actually get recognized for those impacts. This imbalance quickly leads to disengagement and burn-out. I just don't care any more; I'm just happy to collect a paycheck and go home.

AT&T: Through good and bad times, the company has been honest with us. In the years that the company did not perform as well there were cuts. But they were always upfront about it and the requirements were always known. Even now, with full RTO not being anyone's favorite topic the expectation is clear.
Crusoe: Very welcoming. My skills can be used here and are appreciated too! While there were technical hickups during onboarding, they were very transparently handled and I never had issues about not knowing why there is a delay or problem.
