Everything feels very monotonous and bureaucratic. I generally dread company wide meetings, because there's always something negative announced.

Medical appointments need to be made 4 to 6 month in advance, there seems to be no option to arrange anything with the project or the WMF teams for that.

Sam's Club: speaking to us correctly, giving orders correctly, training correctly, being empathetic and considerate of what people go thru.
Sears Home Services: Service scheduling and customer trust. Our repair appointments were rescheduled at the last minute 6 times over the past two months for one fridge. It is still not fixed. Before each appointment, your system repeatedly confirmed that we would be available. Then you reneged. You wasted 6 of our days.
