I learned a lot. I used to be proud of working at Foundever but not anymore. The things I loved about this company are gone and current decision are destroying the business. It is very sad as I wanted to stay at Foundever, but now I see myself looking for other places to work.

Under qualified people: the actual talent left the company because of money. The people working here are under a lot of pressure and receiving less money than what they should.

I feel valued as I'm learning. But if I was not learning, what I'm getting is not enough. In general, Foundever does not give us the right amount of money and perks.

Too much workload, my position should be handled by at least 3 people, but I'm here stuck doing everything. I do not have the tools I need. Nor the time to do things correctly.
