Appreciating us. Not threatening us with termination. Protecting us from the client. Protecting us from the agents under us. I do not feel safe and secure in my job and I have worked here for 10 years. We do not get any support from the upper management.

A person works for growth and development but what i can see here is that only upper management, Directors, CFO, CEO and all other high authorities only getting great, this is my 3rd year but no hike no increment and PACMAN is laughing subject because its not depend on your hard work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Considering it's a job with high stakes and sensitive information, and due to inflation, agents should be better compensated. This is a company with US standards, compensation should be closer to that.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to call out their needs with the leaders of the team, instead of overloading coworkers' duties. If someone has a need such as equipment not working, they need to let the boss know about it (and have them fixed), instead of asking transferring work to coworkers with working equipment.

It has to be absolutely clear, the associates are the backbone, and not the staff on which some people exercise their authoritarian skills. In the end, they know the job at hand, better than the managers

Everything. Management has no idea what they want for the future of the company or how to achieve it, we just plod along every day until we lose our jobs.

Upper management does not have our back. The environment is toxic, Upper management needs to know what is happening, stop rewarding bad behavior and allow Coaches to hold agents accountable. Don't believe everything the agent says and nothing we say. Stop the drug and alcohol use.
