Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel valued as I'm learning. But if I was not learning, what I'm getting is not enough. In general, Foundever does not give us the right amount of money and perks.

The company have great benefits. The salary offer is a good for a starting point but being advised that this will be your salary even after a year is concerning. Their should be consider annual increases. Money drives people at the moment the salary offered is not worth looking forward to.
