Get the home office back for wise curitiba since there was home office and now there isnt anymore. I dont think my work is appreciated by my manager. Others who barely work get praise everyday, while I work my ass off and get mocked in meetings without reason. This is not my personal view, but a fact, since my tasks include controling, so I am able to see who works and who doesnt.
